Magal BBQ in Las Vegas

After being stuck under covid for two months. drove from San Francisco to eat here. 8hrs later, definitely worth the trip

Wow. Call and get told something to be told something completely different 2 minutes later.

Too good, second time. Ate all the food forgot to take pictures before hand. Great variety of flavors and very good service. 👍👍👍Best Korean so far

Mahal BBQ is a great Korean BBQ restaurant especially if you want to take a break from cooking the KBBQ themselves. They are a franchise that originated from Korea. This place is not AYCE, but their combos for two are usually enough to fill us up. You can order a la carte as well. The grill has corn around the edge, along with some egg mixture that eventually cooks as your meat is being cooked on the grill. It tastes good, but I assume it's often forgotten. The quality of meat is better than your average AYCE place. Service this time around was great. It wasn't too busy around the evening time, and our server was cooking the meat and checking up on us in a very timely manner. The meat wasn't over cooked and we weren't forgotten!

Our server was Sunny, fast smart and genuine. We had the pork combo with kalmegisal. Wonderful dinner. Came with beef sushi flambeau, that is, cooked with a torch. So many extras. All i can say is Wow.

Went here for the first time this year and it is now a monthly place for me and company. I always recommend this place amongst others. The meat selection is delicious and the staff is great.

unique Korean bbq experience

This is truly one of my favorite Korean restaurants. We went on a odd time so it wasn’t so busy. The food was great and the service was beyond amazing. The server cooked and cut most of all the meats so not too much work for us. Thank you, we will be back soon. I forgot to mention the place was spotless!

This is easily the best Korean barbecue I've had in the U.S. All the sides and sauces are on point. The meats are very high quality, and the service is excellent. I've been to a lot of Korean barbecue places, but none can compete with the meat here. Definitely recommend

Went on a Friday night. Wasn’t too busy and we were seated right away. Food was good, came out fast and service was pretty good, they cooked most of our meal at the table. Had to ask for a few things that they probably could’ve just taken care since they were at the table so much; water refill, refill of banchan etc. Best of all was great ventilation. I think this is the first bbq place I came out of not smelling like food.

Decided to eat here for lunch, we were immediately sat down and they quickly provided Tea and began to set up for our food. The meat quality was great, Everything from the pork belly to the marinated ribs were tender and flavorful. The cold noodles we're perfect and the broth was mellow and tasty. The squid was not chewy what so ever and the rice had the correct consistency. The spiciness of the food was not overwhelming but complimented the soups and pork belly. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive, I would definitely come back.

The meat was tasty and high quality. The service was top notch and fast. My 7 and 8 year olds loved it too. Yummy!

I constantly stop by grabbing some food in this place. I loved the quick service and well made food. Kudos.

Food was ok ??? But, charge twice for 40.07... Called them up told about what happened... They 2 to 3 days til get money back... Well nothing yet.... Just say this don't use your card if you like get charge twice.... And first & last time I go there ever again!!!!

Great Meat and side dishes

Really nice Kbbq place. Newer than most. Great menu decent prices!! Great food. Really good kimchee selection as well. Cold Korean beer !! I will be going back for sure. Check it out you'll like it!

Great korean bbq! I like baek jung a bit better tho. The marinate on the beef could be better and the quality of keat could be better too. But the side dishes were really good and the sea squielrt rice was incredible

This is a part of the Mapo Galmaegi (마포갈매기) franchise in Korea. It's one of the only places that has a kimchi omelet that cooks around the grill. I love the spicy galmaegisal here (매콤 갈매기살)!

Good korean bbq place, great service

The tea they have is out of this world, I can't get it anywhere. It is amazing! I love the fact the staff will cook our food at our table and everything is delicious.

This place was absolutely fantastic! Excellent service, food was flavorful and the kimchi was actually good. Highly recommend, and probably some of the best Korean BBQ you’ll eat without breaking the bank.

Ate at Hoban - was very good. I thought this is comparable. Here it wasn’t good. We had the beef combo. It wasn’t satisfying. It just was not good. For some reason this place has very nice reviews. Personally, I would not come back. This meat quality compare to 888 Korean bbq. Side dishes are good. Great kimchi. But so sorry. I would never come back :(

Was disappointed in this restaurant. There is not an all you can eat option available and prices are high. Also we told them that we wanted to cook ourselves since that is part of the fun of korean bbq, but a rude waitress came over and started cooking for us and didn't respond to any comments or jokes. I this time of social distancing, it's unsettling to have someone leaning over your food

Best Korean BBQ I've ever had. All the food was really good. The staff was courteous and cooked the food for us. We left very sastified and full since the meal we ordered also came with dessert.

Amazing food and experience. I have been here 3 or 4 times and would go back against and again. Excellent service and the food is amazing. Pork belly, soju, Hite beer... Excellent. Good vents above tables and everyone is friendly. About a $10 Lyft from the strip.

Excellent service. Real authentic Korean BBQ experience, very close to what you would get in S. Korea, if not better. Waitresses are amazing!

Delicious meats, and we all left full! One cool thing: the staff cooks the meat for you! Every other Korean BBQ place we've gone to we had to handle the tongs ourselves and wonder if we got the timing right. Here that's not the case: the staff are pros and your meal will taste amazing

It was our first time dining here and Tommy provided an excellent customer service. We were skeptical at first because we have high expectations. This place will take you from Hobak to MAGAL and make you appreciate the customer service. Excellent!!!

Great Korean BBQ, traditional flavors, meat is cooked for you, solid service, and fantastic value.Came with a group and ordered the large beef set along with nengmyun (both the broth and spicy). Quality and taste of the food stays true with a very reasonable price tag.

I love Magal BBQ meat quality. I really appreciate Magal BBQ man who was let us sitting to table tall and handsome guy looks owner at front of restaurant. And I really really thankful our server who was manager or server(?) Lucy, she was great customer service. It was amazing first time experience at Magal in LasVegas. Lucy, she was working too hard and took care about lots of tables one time with big smiles all the times. It was Big impressions to us. Thanks everything Magal, definitely come back again.

My favorite place to eat in Las Vegas. I was previously stationed in Korea and this is like a step back into the country for me. We always do the MaGal Special for two and it is so much food! They have all the flavors of soju available, Casa, and Hite. It will beat your expectations!

The quality of meat is better than most AYCE Korean bbq places. Service was fast too. My friend and I had the beef combo and we could not finish the food. Way too much meat for two people. It could have easily fed 3-4 women. And we're no light eaters, mind you.
